Sword wielding kids battling it out to the death with plastic fantastic swords. Relentlessly whacking the snot out of each other until one cry’s.....gets his bruises rubbed…sits it out a while…picks his sword back up and returns to the battle field. How glorious it is to be wounded in battle. This plays itself out over and over as my boy and his cousin relentlessly beat each other senseless with the medieval battle gear we bought them. So this is what happens when a 2.5 and a 4.5 year old duke it out with their weapon of choice. I can’t figure out how I spent 15 hours editing this video, but I can tell you I will never allow myself to spend that much time on one again.

When I was a young Mom, I vowed that my sons would NEVER play with guns or weapons of any kind. That is until they started to make their own with sticks, rocks and whatever else they could find. I was so afraid they would get some dreaded disease or poke their eye out with a germ laden stick that I relented and bought them. So happy to see that you are just letting them have some fun with those cool accessories.

fifteen hours well spent I would say. This is exactly what it felt like to me when I would battle it out with my brothers as a kid. Awesome!
