Strawberry Girl

Strawberry Girl

I am convinced, that before everytime the wife goes out of town on a business trip, she pays a visit to our local day care center and wipes down all the booger infested toys with a burb cloth, then comes home and uses that burp cloth on our kids. Because everytime the wife leaves, our kids come down with the plague, and I am then stuck wiping boogies, rocking babies to sleep several times a night, and going without sleep untill she gets home a few days later. She's conspiring against me, and I think the kids are in on it. This has got to be the fourth time they've been deathly ill that she's been out of town. Anyway. who wants to see the baby eat a strawberry? I knew you would.

Unfortanately I don't have two HD video cameras. So I got two strawberries and sliced each one up. I filmed her hands picking up the first strawberry as she ate it. Then I filmed her eating the second strawberry, and edited the two videos together, imagine shuffling a deck of cards perfectly together. Turned out good I think, and looks like I had two cameras on her simultaneously.

I would have NEVER known you didn't have 2 cameras had you not told us.

I am not excited about this phase. Once my son starts hanging with the infected masses, it's puke-city at home. At least that's what I hear.

BOO!

Although I'm starting to think it makes sense to shower my kid in germs - helps with his resistance later!

No no no . Well, ok. I actually, for a fleeting moment, thought it might also be a good idea to dump him in a pool of infected boogies when he was younger. But I'll tell ya, for the first year and a half, my boy was pretty much never around other kids, and he never got sick, itr was great. Now he's nearly three and we hang out with a dozen kids from the neighborhood weekly. So he is always bringing home diseases to our 1 year old girl, and she gets terrbiyl terribly horribly sick every two months. It's so lame. When they are older they can handle it better, at least mentally. Keep the infected boogies away from the babies I tell you, away!
