Slobber Gone Viral

Slobber Gone Viral

The boy had just puked the day before, and his blood began to boil later that night. You know, steam was emmenating from his ears and his urin evaperated before it hit the bebroom floor.

Next day, sitting beside me on the couch while very excitedly watching Mega(The)Mind. The Boy begins to rapidly lick both hands at the same time. As if giving himself a cat bath.

I see this peripherally. And fear that he may be preparing to wipe his virus contaminated slobber slicked hands all over my face out of retribution for.....something. there's always something he tends to get back at me for.

He then takes those slobbery hands and slicks his hair, one on each side, in perfect stroking motions. Affectively, combing his hair with his spit soaked hands.

I scowl, while secretly laughing to myself. Can't really hold it in though, and laugh out loud, which causes him to laugh, (which no doubt causes him to enjoy his newly found talent that much more which in return will cause him to repeat it in the near future, multiple times.)

He enthusiastically repeats the whole process again.

"Where the he...uh, who did you see do that, dude?"

"You did." He joyously replied.

"I did that. When did I do that?"

"Yep. You do it." He said. Then bent over my arm, and licked it. All over. All the way up and down, with his virus contaminated slobber, so fast I could barely stop him before I was completely slathered in the stuff.

After I yelled so loud that the 1 year old girl walking by fell over out of shear terror, I said, "Thanks buddy."

"No poppa, thank you!"

Our 5-year-old's been all about "sharing" his mucus and saliva with us by coughing openly at us and proudly declaring when he wipes his nose on our shoulder during a hug. The fact that he's been sick the last three days has definitely upped the "YEEAAACCHHHH!" factor.
